The World Blackball Championships is a biennial event in which countries from throughout the world are represented in individual and team competition. The 2024 Championships will be held in Bridlington Spa, England.

Blackball South Africa has just finished their 2024 national championship at Sun Coast Casino, Durban. Top qualifying players at this event will be going to England to partake at the world championship.

Senzo Gumede from South Africa is the current men’s world champion and will be going to defend this sought after title by so many.

The event takes place from the 11th until the 21 October 2024.
